What is the Angie's List Super Service Award?
This exclusive recognition is awarded at the beginning of each year to
companies who have achieved and maintained a superior service rating on
Angie's List throughout the past year. Less than 5% of companies on
Angie's List meet the eligibility requirements to be considered for the
award. Northern Lights Electric passed the tests with ease!
How did we win?
To be eligible for the award, Northern Lights Electric must maintain
an "A" rating overall and receive a minimum number of reports during the
calendar year. Additionally, we were not in the Angie's List "Penalty Box"
nor did we have an unsatisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau.
A company must receive a minimum number of positive reports during the
calendar year based on the market size and maturity without a negative
report.
